At assemble1st.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can reach us at info@assemble1st.com or through the "Returns" section in your account.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in your order. For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons or because they are personalized. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (if sealed packaging is opened)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the replacement item as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 2 weeks of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
